The House of Fras is looking for a restaurant manager. Great experience in a newly open restaurant in the Dandenong Ranges.
Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing, reservations, and ensuring service runs smoothly during busy shifts.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff on service standards, beverage knowledge, and upselling techniques.
Deliver exceptional service, greet guests, and handle customer complaints and feedback to ensure high satisfaction.
Strong skills to motivate teams, foster a positive culture, and communicate effectively with staff and customers.
Ability to handle multiple tasks like scheduling, inventory, and floor management, particularly in fast-paced environments.
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
Proficiency with POS systems and reservation management software.
