Customer Sevice Manager
We're looking for a customer-service manager to join our wonderful team in a permanent part time capacity (3 days per week).
We create sustainable, high performing and affordable laundry products with an aim to reduce our waste streams as much as possible through in-house waste management. And we do it all from our warehouse and office here in the heart of Brunswick, Naarm.
Our business has been growing, and we’re looking to grow our customer service team to support the additional volume. It is our belief that we have one of the nicest customer bases on the planet, we’re looking for someone to continue to ensure that the service we provide them is second to none.
Our new recruit will join our office team. We’re a mix of full and part-timers who are unafraid to get their hands Dirt-ie. This role is perfect for anyone who wants to work in a growing tight knit team with a purpose.
Your jobs will vary between maintenance and support making sure you’re always representing the voice of the customer within our organisation. The most critical component of the role is the ability to deliver a beautiful experience, in an organized and tidy way.
