Customer Sevice Manager

We're looking for a customer-service manager to join our wonderful team in a permanent part time capacity (3 days per week).

We create sustainable, high performing and affordable laundry products with an aim to reduce our waste streams as much as possible through in-house waste management. And we do it all from our warehouse and office here in the heart of Brunswick, Naarm.

Our business has been growing, and we’re looking to grow our customer service team to support the additional volume. It is our belief that we have one of the nicest customer bases on the planet, we’re looking for someone to continue to ensure that the service we provide them is second to none. 

Our new recruit will join our office team. We’re a mix of full and part-timers who are unafraid to get their hands Dirt-ie. This role is perfect for anyone who wants to work in a growing tight knit team with a purpose.

Your jobs will vary between maintenance and support making sure you’re always representing the voice of the customer within our organisation. The most critical component of the role is the ability to deliver a beautiful experience, in an organized and tidy way.


Roles and responsibilities

  • Deliver "above and beyond" support across email, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring every interaction feels human and helpful.
  • Provide weekly sentiment reports so the whole team knows what our customers love (and what they don't).
  • Keep an eye on the competitive landscape and contribute fresh ideas to our marketing board.
  • Handle staff/marketing orders and welcome local customers who drop by the warehouse.


Requirements 

  • You work fast with a keen eye for detail
  • You’re tech savvy and can keep track of tasks across multiple platforms 
  • You’re into sustainability and doing what you can to reduce waste in the world
  • You have excellent written communication skills
