About the Opportunity:
As a hands-on Bar Supervisor, you'll lead by example, delivering top-tier service while coaching your team to success. You'll guide and support the bar crew to consistently meet their goals with confidence and skill.
The Ideal Candidate will have
- Previous Head Bartender/ Bar Supervisor experience
- Strong leadership skills with focus on staff development
- Excellent cocktail, beer & spirits knowledge
- Wine knowledge advantageous
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Demonstrated ability in building effective relationships
- Organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Must have full work-rights in Australia
- Must have RSA Certificate
