Floor Staff

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the bathhouse and all areas of the facility are maintained, clean, tidy, and sterilisation practices are maintained at all times
• Replenishing stock in the space including laundry, amenities, food and beverage, and hygiene items
• Making sure guests feel welcome and comfortable on every visit
• Informing guests about the facilities, services and products when visiting the spa.
• Ensuring all operational protocols are followed and upheld
• Knowledge of products, and ability to share knowledge with customers
• Showing attention to detail and immaculate presentation
• Willingness to work across multiple disciplines
• Assisting with guest bookings where necessary
