We're looking for a warm, capable and coffee-loving leader to join us as Shop Supervisor at our Victoria Street location.
As Shop Supervisor, you will:
Lead by example on the floor, maintaining consistently high standards in coffee quality and service.
Support, coach and develop your team through clear communication and day-to-day feedback.
Foster a positive, safe and respectful workplace culture.
Help manage staffing, workflow and stock to keep operations running efficiently.
Act as a key point of support for customer queries and service challenges.
Uphold Market Lane’s environmental and social values in your daily work.
This role suits someone who is confident, organised and calm under pressure, with a strong sense of ownership and care for their team and their space.
You’re an experienced barista with a deep appreciation for quality coffee.
You’re a natural leader who enjoys mentoring and motivating others.
