CIBI is looking for warm, thoughtful Café Restaurant Supervisors to join our Front of House team.

This is a daytime-only leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, looking after people, and steadily growing their career in hospitality.

As an FOH Supervisor, you’ll support daily service across the CIBI Café Restaurant and Coffee Bar, helping set the tone on the floor and guiding the team through busy services with calm, care, and consistency.

You’ll lead by example — welcoming guests, supporting your teammates, and taking pride in how the space feels and runs each day.

This role suits someone who wants to grow steadily, learn from experienced leaders, and build a long-term future in hospitality.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Care deeply about genuine hospitality and guest experience
• Enjoy looking after people — guests and teammates alike
• Have experience in table service in a busy environment
• Have some team leadership or supervisory experience (or are ready for that step)
• Take pride in clean, organised, and welcoming spaces
• Are curious, proactive, and open to learning
• Have an interest in Japanese food and culture (a bonus, not a must)
