Cafe Supervisors – Lead by Example for the FOH Team across CIBI Cafe Restaurant and Coffee Bar
We’re looking for a few Café Supervisors to join our FOH team and help lead daily service with care, warmth, and attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to step into leadership, build a long-term career in hospitality, and grow toward a future FOH Manager position.
You don’t need to be perfect at everything from the start. We’re looking for people who are motivated, people-focused, and ready to take the next step with stability and purpose.
About you:
Passionate about offering genuine hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Wants to build a long-term career and grow with an industry-leading company
Has 1+ year experience in table service within a busy, fast-paced environment
Has 1+ year experience supervising a team
Likes to take initiative and embraces new challenges
Is attentive and enjoys looking after people (a thoughtful, hands-on, and caring personality)
Takes pride in keeping spaces clean, organised, and beautiful
This role is for someone who wants to expand their career as a Supervisor, with a clear pathway to grow into an FOH Manager role over time.

We offer full-time or part-time positions depending on experience and availability. This is a daytime-only role (weekend availability is essential) in a friendly, supportive, and professional working environment.
