Who We’re Looking For
We’re after a confident, hands-on Supervisor who leads from the floor and sets the tone each
shift. You’re calm under pressure, organised, and know how to keep service flowing while
creating a great atmosphere for both guests and team.
You bring solid hospo experience, a strong understanding of wine and service, and take pride
in the details that elevate a night out. Most importantly, you’re a team player, who’s
supportive, reliable, and ready to step up when it counts.

What You’ll Bring
Experience in a similar leadership role within a comparable venue
Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Proven experience supervising and supporting front-of-house staff
Solid knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails, with an interest in industry trends
Clear, confident communication across team members, management, suppliers, and
guests
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
Adaptability and composure during busy, high-pressure services
Professional presentation and strong time management
A genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to keep learning
Current RSA
WSET and/or CMS qualifications highly regarded
