The Section Waiter role is at the heart of our operation. You will be the face of Paloma Pizza, managing a dedicated section and ensuring every guest leaves delighted.

Key Responsibilities & Goals:

• Own the Guest Experience: Manage your section from initial greeting to final farewell, ensuring smooth service flow, accurate order taking, and efficient table management.
• Be a Menu Expert: Develop a deep knowledge of our food and beverage offerings to provide confident and personalized recommendations to guests.
• Team Collaboration: Proactively communicate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain efficiency and a high standard of service.
• Problem Solver: Anticipate and resolve guest needs and concerns with grace and professionalism, turning any challenge into an opportunity to shine.
• Training and Development: Ongoing team training and development of both new and old staff.
