At Beautiful Jim Key, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences infused with creativity and passion. We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Supervisor to suport our Manager in leading our venue and team in our vibrant Brunswick community.
What we’re looking for:
A genuine passion for customer service, with a warm and attentive approach, and laser focus on guest experince
A proactive, positive, confident, and team-focused attitude
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to help manage busy service periods
The ability to lead by example and support, train, and motivate team members
Key responsibilities:
Overseeing day-to-day front-of-house operations for service excellence
Supporting and coordinating the team alongside the manager during service
Maintaining high standards of service and customer experience
Assisting with staff training and development

The role is offered on an initial casual basis with at least 20-25hrs per week, permanancy and/or further flexibility is open to the right candidate.
