The Role
As a Window Cleaning Technician, you'll be the face of our business — working directly with clients to deliver spotless results and an experience that keeps them coming back. This isn't just about clean windows. It's about showing up on time, communicating well, and taking pride in a job well done.
What You'll Be Doing
Cleaning residential and commercial windows to a high standard, inside and out
Liaising with clients professionally and courteously on-site
Representing the business with a positive attitude and reliable work ethic
Caring for equipment and following safety procedures
Flagging any issues or opportunities to the team
What We're Looking For
Experience in hospitality, customer service, or another client-facing role — you know how to read a room and make people feel looked after
A genuine eye for detail and a high personal standard of work
Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
Reliable, punctual, and easy to work with
A full driver's licence (preferred)
No window cleaning experience? No problem — we'll train the right person. What we can't teach is attitude.
