Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Specialty Coffee Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high quality coffee, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall tasks of our coffee shop. From expertly pulling shots of espresso to mastering latte art, you will play a key role in ensuring that every customer enjoys a memorable coffee experience.

Role Overview: As a Black Flat Coffee Barista, you'll be the friendly face behind the machine, crafting excellent coffee and providing outstanding service. You'll also contribute as an all-rounder, assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth cafe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages with excellence
• Assist with tasks such as taking orders, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient service
• Uphold health & safety standards and maintain equipment
• Contribute to growing the business and maintaining our coffee offerings

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Passion for coffee and food
• Alignment with Black Flat Coffee's brand values
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Positive attitude, energy, and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualities (not required):

• Specialty coffee experience
• Knowledgeable about coffee and eager to share knowledge
• Available 5 days a week, including at least 1 weekend day
