Experienced Head Chef needed for busy club bistro.
We are seeking a driven and hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Cascade Dining, located within Club Belrose and operated by Savor & Serve Pty Ltd. This is a genuine leadership opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a busy bistro and build a high-performing kitchen team. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, maintaining strong food quality and consistency, controlling costs, and improving systems and service flow. The role requires a confident leader with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position, strong organisational skills, and the ability to perform under pressure. You will work closely with management to drive standards, team culture, and overall performance.
