We have a rare opportunity for a senior hospitality professional to join our management team to help lead and develop a group of hardworking individuals who love what they do. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with some of the most experienced people in the industry both FOH and in the kitchen. You will be responsible for our daily operations, coordinating the team to ensure smooth service and a great customer experience plus also be hands-on with regular shifts in a section and the bar.
Candidate requirements
Proven experience in a similar role at a venue of equal calibre
Professional qualification such as WSET or equivalent experience will be a bonus
Knowledge of classic and contemporary wines, with a focus on Australia, France and Italy in particular
Ability to time-manage across the various demands of the role in a fast paced environment
Good personality with a genuine love of service and hospitality that works well with a medium sized team
Flexibility with working hours
