Casual Chef (Award Rate)

Role

• Casual role ~5 hour shift (min.)
• Thursday–Saturday (6pm–10pm service)
• Two sittings: 6pm & 8pm (~40 covers per sitting)
• All food prepared fresh, in-house, daily
• Small menu, strong focus on consistency, timing and clean execution 

You

• Comfortable in both prep and service
• Calm, organised, consistent – with urgency when needed
• Care about flavour, seasoning and presentation
• Keen interest in your craft
• Values sustainability and minimising waste
• Works well in a small, close team
• Willing/interested to learn — training provided
