We are looking for an experienced and passionate Front of House (FOH) Manager to join our team at a vibrant Spanish restaurant that has been proudly operating for the past year.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of the floor, work closely with the owners, and grow within a supportive, hands-on environment.
About the Role
As FOH Manager, you will oversee the full front-of-house operation — from the moment guests walk in to the final goodbye. You will play a key leadership role in shaping service standards, mentoring staff, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
Working closely with the two owners, you will be involved in both daily operations and the ongoing development of the venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead all front-of-house service, including floor and bar operations
- Train, mentor, and develop staff to deliver high-quality service
- Oversee service from start to finish, ensuring consistency and attention to detail
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor, leading by example
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
- Manage bookings, guest relations, and customer feedback
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements
- Assist in building and maintaining a positive, team-oriented culture
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as an FOH Manager or strong Supervisor ready to step up
- Solid knowledge of both floor service and bar operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Wine and/or Spanish cuisine knowledge is a plus (but not essential)
