An opportunity for a talented hospitality professional, with a passion for great service, wine, local independant brewers and of course fabulous cheese to join the team at Hudsons Road Wine and Beer.

We are a cosy, neighbourhood wine and craft beer bar, bottle shop and deli located in the heart of Spotswood celebrating our love of the natural vinous world alongside the world of hops. 

We welcome guests into a small and lively environment where thoughtful hospitality and great service are front and centre.

About the role 

As a front of house superstar you are responsible to deliver exceptional service which is efficient, hospitable and true to our ethos, contributing to the creation of a community of patrons through confident service and genuine knowledge of our food and wine.

Who we are looking for

• Previous experience in a FOH / Bar position.
• You have a strong passion for service and wine, a good understanding of the wine industry, local and internationally.
• WSET education would be preferred but not a deal breaker.
• An ability to multi-task and cope in a fast paced environment. 
• Ability to plate up an instagram worthy Charcuterie Board or Cheese Board.
• Basic knowledge of classic Cocktails and beer styles.
• An ability to build relationships with our team and customers and contribute to a positive workplace culture. 
• A genuine desire to learn and expand your knowledge is a must.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

An RSA certificate is mandatory
