L'Hotel Gitan, Reymond Group's venture in Prahan, seeks hardworking and energetic experienced Restaurant Manager to join our young and dynamic team. Located in the heart of Prahan, L'Hotel Gitan comprises two main offerings – the French brassierie restaurant itself, and Alfie's the private function space.
About you
The candidate will have an understanding and respect for high quality food and service, be responsible for the daily operations of the venue as well as have outstanding leadership skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment & manage guest expectations.
Skills, Experience & Attributes
Have extensive knowledge of food
Have experience managing a team of floor staff
Be a good communicator and be able to manage interactions between back and front of house
Be responsible for stock control, beverage program, staff recruitment, training, development, rostering and venue presentation
Also ensure high levels of customer service and exceeding customer expectations
Be hands on and confident in making decisions
Have a high level of organizational and time management skills
Be adaptable and able to perform under pressure
Have a minimum 3+ years in a similar role

Pay: $70,000 to $80,000 + super, per year
