What You'll Do:

• Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in food preparation and presentation.
• Prepare and create authentic Greek dishes using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients.
• Collaborate closely with our dedicated team to maintain efficient kitchen service and workflow.
• Contribute creative ideas for menu planning and special events.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety practices.

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified chef with culinary training and experience in a professional kitchen, preferably with a focus on Mediterranean or Greek cuisine.
• Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen management.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork in a small environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• A creative spirit and eagerness to contribute to a new dining experience.
