We're looking for someone to join our beverage team across Etta and Daphne.
This role would suit someone who loves being on the floor, enjoys talking to people about wine without making it intimidating, and is just as happy jumping behind the bar to make a round of martinis.

Etta & Daphne, Brunswick East
Etta and Daphne are two neighbourhood restaurants on Lygon Street in Brunswick East. We care a lot about what we pour and how we look after people. Our lists lean European, with a mix of classics, smaller producers and minimal-intervention wines, and we're always tasting, learning and refining what we do.
You'll work closely with Ashley Baburka and Sam Peasnell, alongside a small team who are serious about hospitality but keep things relaxed and approachable.
We're looking for someone who:
Has a good understanding of wine through study, experience or both
Is confident making drinks and working behind the bar
Enjoys talking to guests and helping people choose what they'll love
Is warm, reliable and works well in a team
Is happy working across both venues
Is curious and keen to keep learning
