EQ is looking for a Venue Manager to lead the team behind one of Australia's most distinctive wellness experiences.

Venue Manager Equilibrium (EQ) | Melbourne Lead a premium wellness destination where experience is the product.

Most venue management roles are about moving people through a system. This one isn't.

At EQ, every guest experience is intentionally designed to create a meaningful shift in how people feel. Through a carefully curated combination of hot and cold therapy, breathwork, movement, light and sound immersion, guests come to EQ seeking more than relaxation. They come seeking change.

We're looking for a Venue Manager who understands that great hospitality is not simply about service. It's about creating an environment where people feel something.

This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing team within one of Australia's most distinctive wellness concepts and help shape the future of a growing category.

About EQ

EQ is an immersive wellness environment built around outcome-based protocols designed to support physical, mental and emotional wellbeing through thermal and restorative spaces and experiences.

Every experience at EQ has been carefully designed to deliver a specific outcome, and every operational decision either strengthens that experience or weakens it.

The Venue Manager is responsible for ensuring the standard is protected, elevated and consistently delivered.

This is a hands-on leadership role.

You won't spend your day sitting behind a desk reviewing reports.

You'll be on the floor leading your team, observing the guest experience, making decisions in real time and ensuring every part of the operation reflects the EQ standard.

You'll oversee daily operations, guest experience, staffing, scheduling, venue presentation, safety, compliance and team development.

You'll have the autonomy to lead, the opportunity to influence how the venue evolves and the responsibility that comes with operating a premium experience-led business.

  • Managing labour and scheduling effectively
