This position is for someone that has previous experience in running a venue , from curating winelist to beverage offering , training staff , back of house experience with wages to stocktake. This position requires the manager to wear numerous hats and still be able to host and run a section. The candidate will need to have a love for Italian food and wine , be able to carry at least 3 plates , and clear a table of 4 with ease.
