Casual Chefs/Kitchen Hand

We are seeking an experienced Chefs and a Kitchen Hand to join our fun, vibrant and diverse team.

 Chef position

 The right candidate will have:

• A love for Japanese cuisine

• Minimum 1 - 2 years experience 

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong desire to work collaboratively with our team

Kitchen Hand position

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils promptly and thoroughly and ensure they are dried and stored correctly

• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

• Work efficiently as part of a team to keep service running smoothly

The right candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a kitchen hand or in a hospitality environment (preferred but not essential)

• A strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
