Local Batch is a busy, community-focused cafe in South Yarra, and we're looking for an experienced Full-Time Senior Barista to join our team. We're looking for someone confident, reliable and friendly who loves great coffee and genuinely enjoys connecting with customers. We have a strong base of regulars, so personality and customer service are just as important to us as making consistently great coffee.
Previous senior barista or leadership experience is highly regarded, but we're primarily looking for someone with strong experience, a great attitude and who wants to become a long-term part of our team. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
