We’re a high-energy, fast-paced, tight-knit hospitality team looking for a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen.
We are a guest-facing kitchen, so we’re after someone who genuinely loves hospitality and takes pride in creating an experience as much as they do the food.
You’ll be working with live fire, open-flame cooking and quality produce, alongside a team that cares deeply about what we do.
ABOUT YOU:
You’re an experienced Chef de Partie, ready to step up and take ownership of your section.
You love cooking and get excited about working with fire, charcoal and the best produce.
You genuinely love hospitality and understand that the kitchen is part of the guest experience.
You’re a strong team player who looks out for the people around you.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the buzz of a busy service.
You have high standards for food, cleanliness and organisation.
You communicate clearly and respectfully.
You’re curious, energetic and keen to keep learning.
You’re comfortable cooking in full view of guests and enjoy the interaction that comes with it.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Running your section to a consistently high standard.
Preparing and cooking quality produce over open fire.
Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team.
Helping deliver smooth, energetic and consistent services.
Maintaining excellent prep, organisation and kitchen hygiene.
Contributing ideas and bringing your personality and passion to the team.
Helping create an environment where great food, great hospitality and great teamwork come first.
