France Soir Restaurant is a classic French bistro based in South Yarra VIC. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our team.

Tasks & responsibilities 

• Food preparation, support & train the kitchen team & produce high quality dishes 
• Working within a high performing team to deliver high quality products and smooth service 
• Creating memorable experiences for our guests 
• Ensuring Food Safety & Hygiene procedures are followed

Skills & Experience 

• Positive work ethic and a can-do attitude
• Desire to learn and develop
• Acknowledge and ensure food safety standards are maintained and carried out
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie or above
