Venue Manager + Vibes

4–5 days per week 

Essential is someone who gets and can maintain the VIBE of CWH.

You are able to: 

• Run the floor and lead service. 

• Support and manage our team, including HR. 

• Manage stock, ordering and venue logistics. 

• Keep on top of licensing, compliance, and other venue legalities. 

• Problem-solve and good eye for detail.

• Work alongside our Marketing Lead and contribute to internal marketing conversations. 

• Communicate openly, kindly and clearly.

Experience managing a hospitality venue is important.

Desirable (and if your background is more heavily in these skills, rather than hospitality, please also reach out): 

- An understanding of natural wine

- A marketing, communications, or psychology background
