Sardo Sorrento is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Chef / Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula.

We are an established Italian restaurant specialising in authentic Italian food made from scratch with quality ingredients and fresh homemade pasta.

What we offer:

• $110,000 annual package
• Approximately 40 hours per week
• Full-time position

We are looking for someone with strong experience in a professional kitchen who is organised, reliable and takes pride in producing consistently high-quality food.

Experience with Italian cuisine and homemade pasta is highly valued.
