Experienced FOH / Bar All-Rounder The Foragers Fork | Brunswick The Foragers Fork is a small, independent, owner operated bistro on Sydney Road, Brunswick. We focus on hyper seasonal Australian produce, European inspired cooking, an entirely Australian wine list and a thoughtfully curated back bar. We're looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our team. As this is a small venue, this is a genuine all-rounder role. One evening you might be making cocktails and recommending wines, the next looking after tables, running food or chatting with our regulars. Being the size we are, everyone gets involved in everything so being a team player is an absolute must. You might come from a restaurant, wine bar or cocktail bar background. We're not particularly concerned about which, we're more interested in your experience, personality and approach to hospitality. What we're looking for * Solid experience in restaurants, wine bars, high end pubs or cocktail bars * Confidence working with guests and delivering excellent service * Experience with wine, cocktails or table service, ideally a mix * Genuine enthusiasm for food, wine and hospitality * Someone who takes initiative and is happy to help wherever needed * A friendly personality, positive attitude and reliability * Current Victorian RSA will be required within 1 month of start date * Evening and weekend availability What we offer * A welcoming, independent, family run workplace * A small team where your contribution genuinely matters * Opportunities to develop your food, wine and cocktail knowledge * Varied responsibilities rather than being stuck in one position * No late night finishes * casual award rates plus shared tips * Approximately 2-4 shifts per week, with potential for additional hours and responsibility We're open Wednesday to Saturday evenings and Sunday from lunchtime.
