About the Opportunity:
The LUCAS Restaurants Brand Manager (Sophisticated Venues) will support the Head of Marketing in developing and delivering strategic marketing plans across their selected portfolio of LUCAS Restaurants brands.
This role will work in partnership with our Digital and Creative teams to develop and execute industry leading marketing campaigns across their selected portfolio of LUCAS Restaurants brands. 

Main Role Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the Head of Marketing, Operations Managers and General Managers to create tailored marketing plans across all relevant venues.
  • Ensuring cohesion between restaurant teams and the Marketing department, to ensure that marketing activity is effective, collaborative and implemented correctly
  • Work closely with department leaders to identify proactive opportunities and planned promotions to address specific business challenges across the venues
  • Work with our third party partners to execute marketing requirements as required including PR agency, third party creative partners, merchandise and production partners
  • Manage and report on campaign activities, ensuring activity is meets agreed KPIs and budget parameters
  • Develop and implement agreed processes and procedures to streamline workflow, drive productivity and ensure the diverse output required from the team can be delivered in the most effective and efficient way
  • Develop and nurture professional relationships within the industry, including media partners, industry bodies and KOLs
  • Ensure the marketing team is seen as a supportive, collaborative and effective business partner to all venues

Experience, Skills & Attributes 

  • Min 5 years experience within brand agency or inhouse 
  • Strong ability to manage relationships with internal and external suppliers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Being well organised with an exceptional ability to multi-task
  • High level attention to detail
  • Flexibility in approach, and an ability to embrace a dynamic, ever-changing workflow
  • A genuine passion for the hospitality industry
