Production Supervisor

Task & Responsiblities: 

• Managing day to day operations (ordering, receiving and sending) 
• Seasonal menu development 
• Ensuring that all HACCP guidelines are followed and that all food safety standards are met
• Manage rosters
• Working with the Production Managers to develop and implement production schedules and procedures.
• Managing the team of production staff, providing training and support as needed
• Being a hands-on staff member in regards to cooking, cleaning and production
• Overseeing the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all products meet our high standards for quality and safety 

About you: 

• Experince in making fresh pasta and gnocchi preffered 
• Ability to motivate and inspire team to produce incrediable results 
• Good attitude 
• Team player
