We are looking for a driven Bar Manager who is creative and with a focus on staff training and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Are you somebody with strong service experience along with a passion for hospitality, food and beverage? Are you creative and able to design cocktail lists and accurately calculate COG's? Are you passsionate about your product and able to pass this knowledge on through conducting staff trainings?
Located in the heart of the CBD, Tipo 00 is a hospitality institution, hitting 10 years this year! With an exciting, regularly changing menu, the role offers plenty of opportunity to expand your knowledge, be creative and help drive the business forward.
