We are busy and looking for an impctful, talented CDP to join our team and take charge of the late night crowd. 

About The Role:

  • Food preparation and ensuring all mise en place is ready for service
  • Responsible for maintaining the standards of food quality, presentation and service times 
  • Assist in functions and events
  • Assisting senior chefs during service and ensuring wastage as cost of goods is in line
  • Preparing and serving the supper menu, at times until 3am
  • Commitment to a clean and hygienic work environment at all times
  • Contribute to a positive team and workplace culture

About You:

Whilst you will always be supervised and given guidance, you will have experience in food preparation and basic service, but above all, share a passion for classic french food and learning.  As you will be working in a small team, you will have the opportunity to learn each section, contribute and progress through the kitchen. 

Currently open Tuesday through to Saturday - you will be available to work day and evening shifts into the early hours of the morning on a rotating roster - approx, 15 hours a week.

Excellence and a love of learning underpin your work ethic.  The ability to work in a small team in a compact environment is essential.  Good communication and a positive attitude are key to success within this role.

You hold a culinary qualification or degree and want to continue learning and professionally developing.
