Experienced Bartender/Duty Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails, engaging with customers, and ensuring that each guest enjoys a memorable experience. Ideally you would come with management experience, as you will nee dot be working unsupervised and assisting in training staff.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, and other beverages with precision and efficiency.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about our offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including stocking inventory, cleaning glassware, and ensuring adherence to sanitation guidelines.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our drink menu, including ingredients, flavour profiles, and preparation methods.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Uphold our commitment to responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest consumption and intervening as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in customer service.
• Must be eligible to work in Australia.
