We are on the hunt for a front of house Restaurant Manager to lead our operations in our busy, bustling cafe/restaurant.

Here's a few key things we will be looking for, someone who:
- loves people, food, cocktails and wine, a knowledge of Greek food & Bev a bonus of course
- is humble, hardworking and loves being part of a team
- gets a real kick out of the hospo hustle
- has at least 2 years experience in a leadership role
- thrives on meeting business targets through managing rostering and stock control
- loves an input in menu development
- is obsessed with customer service & especially team culture
