Inglewood Coffee Roasters is looking for a team member to assist with strengthening our customer service experience for wholesale and retail customers, as well as contribute to acquiring new business.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for contributing to our customer service and sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in shaping our brand’s reputation and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the customer service and sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing wholesale accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including securing new wholesale accounts, partnerships, and distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional campaigns, and marketing strategies to support sales efforts.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making.
  • Assist in barista coffee training for our wholesale accounts.
  • Represent Inglewood Coffee Roasters at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to showcase our products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Knowledge of coffee and coffee making abilities.
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales management, or business development roles, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a track record of driving sales growth.
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office suite.
  • Passion for coffee and a commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovation.
