Sunhands is an all day wine bar, cafe and deli focusing on quality service, local produce and fresh food.
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our passionate team of hospitality professionals. Located in the lively neighborhood of Carlton, sunhands servs up an array of lunch time offerings, all day bar menu and small seasonal plates in the evenings. Offering creative freedom and flexible working hours.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a small menu that changes according to the seasons, focusing on locally sourced ingredients from farmers and producers in the area. As the head chef you will need to be hardworking, driven and have strong leadership skills to manage our kitchen team and output.
