Responsibilities:
1. Planning recipes and menus
2. Ordering food ingredients and maintaining inventory
3. Preparing daily food
4. Cooking food, including to meet dietary requirements
5. Monitoring the food production process, including checking the presentation of food before serving
6. Supervising kitchen operations and maintaining quality standards
7. Training kitchen staff and overseeing apprentices 8. Handling kitchen-related issues effectively
