We are currently seeking a skilled Assistant Manager to join our well established team at our flagship store in Carlton. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a deep-set love for hospitality and is passionate about the growth and development of their team. 

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will assist with building, supporting and developing our team, whilst managing the day to day running of our store, ensuring a consistently high-level customer experience.

• An innate ability to communicate with, and subsequently get the best results for/from, a broad range of stakeholders
• The ability to build, motivate, train and develop a team 
• Able to work under pressure, manage competing demands and respond effectively to challenges  
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn  
• Proven experience leading large and diverse teams
