Morning Market is a collection of neighbourhood corner stores, inspired by the celebrated food markets of Europe. Fresh-cut local flowers, sourdough bread and pastries are available daily, alongside a considered range of intricate baked goods, salads and sandwiches from our Kitchen. Quality groceries for every day range from local dairy and deli provisions, to the treasured condiments and essentials of a Chef’s pantry. A concise selection of beverages from the venerable wine lists of Trader House restaurants offers the chance to enjoy some of the world’s most exciting wines, beers and spirits at home. Our range is complimented by hand-selected homewares from artisans across the globe.

The opportunity:

Morning Market is seeking a Purchasing & Supply Manager to maintain and further develop our dynamic range, while contributing to the elevation of a passionate team of professionals.

Applicants will have an existing relationship with food retail / hospitality, previous experience with cost management, and will enjoy leading a team with rigour and humility.

• Act as an ambassador for the best products available - seasonal produce, sourdough, baked goods, coffee and fresh local flowers 
• Build relationships across multiple stores and communities, alongside a strong Retail management team
• Lead from the front, with high quality internal training and leadership
• Have autonomy over and responsibility for procedures, with support and trust from your managers
