Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and high standards of hospitality.
- Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet our standards.
- Handle customer enquiries, reservations, and feedback professionally.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets to maintain profitability.
- Implement and maintain health and safety regulations.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Organise and oversee events and special promotions.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for Vietnamese cuisine and culture, with a willingness to learn more.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
