About the role
As Venue Manager, you will play a key role in the experience of our guests and of our people.
You will be a charismatic leader for our team delivering exceptional service which is efficient, hospitable and true to our ethos, building a community of patrons through confident service and genuine knowledge of our food and wine.
You will be accountable for the smooth running of the venue and day to day operations including the opening and closing of the venue, stock management, reservations and events, service plans and briefings, daily admin and the maintenance of a welcoming and well presented venue. The Venue Manager will also have oversight of the curation of the venue’s wine list and beverage offering.
You will lead by example, and inspire and encourage our people through the sharing of knowledge, feedback and a strong emphasis on their development.
Lastly, you will work closely with the broader venue management team to deliver a profitable venue, achieve set targets and drive a focus on continuous improvement across all aspects of our operations.
