Position is full time, responsible for looking after guest experience, service standards, front of house team training & development.

Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day to day operations of the establishment to deliver excellent guest experience
- Liaising with Chefs and other senior staff to develop seasonally appropriate menus
- Setting and implementing and reviewing service standards so that all guests enjoy a superior dining experience
- Recruiting and managing team members
- Inducting and training team members to deliver excellent service
- Managing staff rosters
- Managing stock levels and ordering and receiving stock
- Reconciling daily cash
- Liaising with customers to obtain customer service feedback
- Achieving store budgets & costing KPI's
- Ensuring that all health and safety standards and regulations were being adhered
- Overseeing large functions
$73,000 - $75,000 per year inclusive of annual leave, + tips & superannuation
