Capitano is looking to build our kitchen team in a fast paced and detail oriented environment. We are an Italian-ish restaurant in Carlton that focuses on long fermented dough and hand made pasta working closely with small farms for the best produce and small producers for the best products.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about food and committed to establishing and ensuring a high standard of quality. No pizza experienced required though you have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
