The House of Fras, a new restaurant opening early September in the leafy hilltop town of Sassafras.
We are looking to build a team of dedicated individuals who have an eye for detail and a passion for providing a great dining experience for our guests, both local and touring.

You will perform the following duties as required:
- Greeting, Seating & Serving Guests
- Informing Guests about Menu Items
- Food & Beverage Order Taking
- Understanding of Dietary Requirements
- Food & Beverage Running
- Making of Alcoholic & Non Alcoholic Beverages
- Cleaning Including Front of House Areas, Bathrooms & Bar
- Cash Handling
- Staff Training, Supervising & Management
- Organization of Breaks in Accordance with Fair Work Conditions
- Stock Control for FOH & Bar
- Leading a team.
- We may also assign you other duties, where reasonable for your position, training and experience.
You are expected to work 40 ordinary hours per week. We may also request or require you to work additional hours if the additional hours are reasonable.
