ABOUT THE ROLE
Taking a proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of day-to-day food and beverage operations. Fostering a high-performance culture through training and development, you'll lead and mentor a dynamic team to deliver our personalised signature service for each of our guests and to the local community - CARE is at the forefront in everything we do.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum of 2-3 years management experience in a la carte dining
- You’re highly motivated with a passion for training and development.
- You are punctual, reliable and a quick problem solver.
- A resilient team player with a positive can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Sound knowledge of wine, WSET or CMS qualification or equivalent advantageous
- Available to work across a rotating roster inclusive of evenings and weekends.
- You hold a valid Australian work visa and current RSA
