Part time Baker

We are seeking a skilled and passionate baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hand-shaping and cutting bread, as well as proficiency in operating an oven with a peel. A strong background in sourdough bread production is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, with a focus on sourdough
• Hand-shape and cut dough with precision
• Manage the oven, utilizing a peel for loading and unloading
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work independently and efficiently, ensuring high-quality output
• Follow recipes and adhere to production schedules and organisation
• Monitor dough fermentation

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a baker, specifically with sourdough
• Strong knowledge of bread-making techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
