About the Opportunity:
We are looking for the best leaders in the industry to join the opening team of Batard. Be instrumental in delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests and team.

Positions available:

• Assistant Bar Manager 
• Bar Supervisor

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Demonstrated bar management experience in a premium a-la-carte dining environment
• Restaurant opening experience is advantageous
• Proven track record in leading a team
• Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew development
• Exceptional service skills and guest focus
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment and high-pressure service periods
• Proven ability in building effective relationships
• Organisational and time management skills
• Experience using a Time & Attendance, and stock management system
• Exceptional communication and presentation
• Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
• Must possess a valid RSA certificate
