The successful applicants will work closely with the head chef and will need to be able to run all sections. With leadership from our head chef this is your opportunity to further develop your skills. Successful applicants must have 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience with Italian food
* Creativity and passion for the industry
* Initiative in generating ideas and creative alternatives according to seasonality
* Ability to run all sections of a professional kitchen
* Effective communication skills
* Trade qualifications
* Availability to work a variety of shifts
* A proven background in a similar role
