Bistra is seeking a casual front of house staff member. This position is ideal for a convivial, passionate individual looking to work with like-minded professionals.
The position offers two shifts per week, over Friday and Saturday, comprising 12-14 hours weekly. Immediate start.
Serving quality food and wine, Bistra's front of house employees are professional with regards to both their manner and execution. Reporting to the restaurant manager, this role requires concise communication skills, time management proficiency and consistent initiative. Front of house employees are expected to study and learn Bistra's manuals, menus and steps of service documents. They will be supported, nurtured and suitably challenged during their time at Bistra, with opportunities to grow and develop.
