About the Role
As the Assistant Venue Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring a profitable and efficient operation during your shifts
- Leading, coaching, and managing a dedicated team
- Delivering exceptional service standards that consistently exceed guest expectations
- Managing stock control and inventory as needed
- Training and developing food and beverage staff
- Implementing succession planning programs focused on staff growth and advancement
- Controlling costs with a focus on labor management
- Developing systems and processes for the smooth operation of the hotel’s various departments
- Ensuring compliance with health regulations and prioritizing workplace health and safety
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of gaming operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Driven and results-oriented
